This year, our family get really serious with our Christmas Presence. We ditched the dinning out kind of Christmas date and we refused to ask for any material Christmas gifts from one another.
We actually did not decide on those things on purpose but, we got to notice that we’re not craving for fancy new restaurant to try nor we’re not looking for the things that we “need” to ask for this season… Why? Maybe because we now spend more time together (since my husband and I decided to put up our own business – YTC Antipolo) and we discover new things about each other everyday. Maybe because we’re not anticipating a “bonus” to spend so everthing seems to be fine and in good condition. Or maybe, we just leveled up our minimalist efforts (Yes!)… I dont know. All I know is that I enjoyed and I would truly cherish our exchange of Christmas Presence this year.
Our Christmas Presence was extended to our family from the other side of the world, we spent 3 hours talking to them, waiting for Christmas to finally tick the clock there. Having great laugh about small things – mostly non-sense, talking about future plans and aspirations as well as taking a lot of our much needed rest and sweets. Oh! Christmas is simply Merry!
Merry Christmas everyone.
